This vision is reflected in how we conduct our entrepreneurship trainings. Nationwide, Latinas are typically paid just 55 cents for every dollar paid to White men. In our trainings, we speak not only of a triple bottom line of planet, profit, and people—but of a quadruple bottom line of planet, profit, people, and purpose.
