Are leaders born, or is leadership something you can learn? During this highly interactive session led by Charlie Imbergamo, MA, CFRE, you’ll explore three essential principles of leadership to take yours to the next level.

To succeed in today’s competitive grant writing environment, fundraisers and nonprofit professionals must practice and master critical skills to develop winning proposals. During this interactive, four-day certificate program designed for those who are new to grant writing or have little or no grant writing experience, you’ll learn best practices for developing winning grant proposals from grant writing expert Abby Mackness.

NEW! Changing Change Management: Why & How to Think Differently About Organizational Change at Your Nonprofit — April 19

With change happening at a rapid pace, it’s essential that everyone in an organization is engaged in the change process. However, team members often become resistant to or fearful of necessary changes — not because of the change itself — but because of how that change is handled. 

During this interactive course led by Joshua Kwasnicki, you’ll learn how to think differently about change management by adopting a design approach. You’ll practice a step-by-step strategy and learn practical tools to ignite employee commitment and ensure sustainable, impactful change.

How should your nonprofit explore and articulate its commitment to DEI? The Nonprofit HR Roundtable convenes nonprofit human resources leaders to discuss timely topics, problem solve and support each other in a peer-to-peer learning environment.
