Last Christmas I visited my brother and his family in Paris. Exactly one year ago today, we toured the Château de Chantilly where I snapped this picture. It's an amazing place. My favorite part was visiting the restaurant where I ate a whole bowl of Chantilly whipped cream.?? My what a difference a year makes. Thank goodness I have a stockpile of whipped cream, albeit in the can.
