Weingart Foundation
Dana Henry will be the $813 million foundation’s first director of Black justice and healing, and will lead its work to address racism faced by the Black community in Southern California.
She joined Weingart in 2020 as a program officer.
Find Your Light Foundation
Jeffrey Dollinger has been named executive director of this organization that was founded by the singer and actor Josh Groban to make grants for arts education. Dollinger was most recently executive director of the LACHSA Foundation, which raises money for the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.
In addition, Jake Goldbas has joined the group as deputy director. Previously he was director of education programs at the Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College.
Feet in 2 Worlds
Mia Warren, a senior producer at Sony Podcasts, will be the next managing director of this organization that helps amplify the work of public-radio journalists who are immigrants or come from communities of color. She previously worked at the group as an editing fellow.
Warren will succeed its founder and executive producer, John Rudolph, who will retire on April 1 after 20 years there.

Susan Huang, a dermatologist and chief medical officer at Providence South Division, will now serve as CEO of the Providence Clinical Network.
Mariah Levison, interim CEO and president of the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution since last year, has been appointed to the role permanently. She joined the nonpartisan policy group in 2022 as chief program officer.
Katie McAllister has been promoted from program director to executive director of Inside Broadway, a nonprofit group that gives public-school students in New York City free access to theater performances. She has worked there for more than 17 years and will report to Michael Presser, its founder and CEO.
Mandla Nkomo, chief growth officer of the CGIAR Excellence in Agronomy Initiative, will be the next CEO of Partners in Food Solutions, a Minneapolis charity that connects African food-processing companies with volunteers from American food corporations. He will begin in July and will follow its co-founder Jeff Dykstra.
Lyn Redington, vice president for student affairs at Ohio University, will step up as interim vice president for advancement and president and CEO of the Ohio University Foundation.
Michelle Sawyers will become CEO of YWCA of Western New York, effective April 1. Previously she was chief program officer at the Buffalo Urban League. Sawyers will follow Jill Ann Robbins-Jabine, who will retire after 10 years at the helm.
Lisa Wright, interim president at the Inland Empire Health Foundation, has been appointed president and CEO of the Riverside Community Health Foundation. She succeeds Dan Anderson, who is retiring after 19 years at the helm.

Mindee Barham is now vice president of development at CodePath. Most recently she was co-executive director and chief philanthropy officer at the Scratch Foundation.
Alexandra Gordon, president and partner at Matter Unlimited, will next serve as chief marketing and communications officer at Acumen, a nonprofit organization that develops solutions to global poverty.
Mahsa Javid, senior director of philanthropic operations at the Trust for the National Mall, is now director of advancement at the National Portrait Gallery.
Diana Martin, chief marketing and partnership officer at the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, is joining the U.S. Soccer Foundation as chief external relations officer.
Tamara May has joined Amida Care as chief operating officer. Previously she was vice president of operations delivery and premium revenue at EmblemHealth.
Michael Robinson, chief home health officer at Providence St. Joseph Health, was named chief community health officer at Providence South Division, in California.
Alex Shapiro, vice president of philanthropy at the Kansas City Symphony, has become chief philanthropy officer at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
Kimberly Shiner, vice president for college advancement and communications at Pitzer College, will now serve as interim vice president for university advancement at California State University at Fullerton.
Sheryl Woodruff has joined the Academy of American Poets as director of development. Previously she was deputy director at the Washington Square Park Conservancy.
Departure
David Schafer plans to retire after seven years as managing director of the Maltz Museum later this year. He has worked at the museum since 2010.
Legacies
Joanne Barkett Conway, a philanthropist who directed millions to support university nursing programs in recent years, died at age 75 on January 8. She is survived by her husband, William Conway, who co-founded the Carlyle Group, a private-equity firm in Washington. Among their notable gifts from the past few years were $60 million to Catholic University to build a new facility for its Conway School of Nursing, which was named for the couple in 2019, and $34 million to the University of Virginia to enroll more nursing undergraduate students and expand financial aid.
Janine Lee, president and CEO of Philanthropy Southeast since 2011, died on February 28 following a brief illness. Dena Chadwick, chief operating officer, will serve as acting president and CEO until a successor is named.
Marc Pachter, former director of the National Portrait Gallery, died on February 17 at age 80. He worked at the Smithsonian Institution for 33 years, including stints as acting director of the National Museum of American History from 2001 to 2002 and again from 2011 to 2012.
