We had such a great book club meeting last week talking about the book Fanocracy! Did you miss it? You can watch the replay here.

Now it's time to pick our next book! πŸ“š

We have three new books that nicely capture the zeitgeist of the moment. I'm looking forward to having a powerful conversation about one of them. My pick was White Fragility. I really encourage you to visit Amazon and read the descriptions for each book and a few reviews before making your pick.

Then head over to the Read for Purpose Facebook group and make your selection. We'll announce the new book next week and a date for the next live book club meeting.

I hope you can join us for both the book and the discussion. This is going to be a very interesting one!

3. Sometimes you have to just do what you believe in and screw the sponsorships. But wait! Being authentic really does bring in sponsors!

4. We're going to see more of this. Small businesses coming together to form coalitions and fundraisers around specific issues. Participating businesses will donate anywhere from 10% to 100% of sales to Color of Change.

πŸ€‘ Marketing Your Cause

2. Another take on audience. Audiences aren't discovered. They are connected to.

3. Why you should never (evah) send image-only emails.
