Award-Winning Nonprofit Leadership Development Program Returns to Momentum Nonprofit Partners

After five years, LeadingUp returns!

Are you ready for the next step in your nonprofit career? Are you a nonprofit leader looking to nurture your organization's emerging talent? Then read on...

Momentum Nonprofit Partners, in partnership with the Institute for Leadership Development (ILD) at Christian Brothers University (CBU), has revived the award-winning LeadingUp Program. This year-long, cohort-based nonprofit leadership program is designed to hone the leadership and management acumen of emerging leaders in the Memphis nonprofit community.  It’s been five years since our last LeadingUp cohort, but thanks to a generous gift from the Hyde Family Foundation, we are able to revive this program for a new cohort of up-and-comers.

Led by a team of CBU management, leadership, and business professors, the program combines cutting-edge theory with hands-on nonprofit management practice to sharpen the skills and capabilities of the next generation of nonprofit executives. The intensive program includes a full-day of face-to-face training per month plus assignments in between sessions to tie the material together. Graduate and undergraduate credit is available for successful completion of the program.

If you are interested in learning more about the program, please plan on attending the information session on either January 18th or February 2nd at Crosstown Concourse. We strongly recommend bringing your supervisor to the meeting.

If you need more information in the meantime, please contact April Carter.
