Phil Selley is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in navigation and fleet operations for maritime oil and gas exploration. After graduating alongside Gareth Webb, Phil embarked on a career that pushed technological boundaries, transforming data processing and operations with cutting-edge engineering and real-time analysis systems.

His strong user-side experience in deploying technology innovations has been instrumental in his success. In 2007, Phil co-founded Intouch Business with Gareth Webb, bringing a refreshing approach to helping organizations achieve successful change through agile cloud-based information management systems.

Phil's in-depth knowledge of operational business process development and sophisticated project, knowledge, information, and change management skills have been pivotal in his role as Senior Partner. He has also served as an interim CIO and transformation manager for clients.

Outside of his professional life, Phil is an avid photographer and enjoys elaborate DIY projects at home and in the garden.
