Our children and their families suffer the impact of generational trauma just as much as their beneficiaries do. This vision is reflected in how we conduct our entrepreneurship trainings. Nationwide, Latinas are typically paid just 55 cents for every dollar paid to White men. Over 80 percent of staff identify as Latinx.
