Our HOA Board consist of five. Every election in the past whoever has the most votes chooses their position first. This time around they want to follow the by laws and the board wants to vote amongst themselves to assign positions. I have been the President for the last 5 years. This time around I received the most votes but a huge amount. They want to vote me out and step down from my position.
