I decided to return home to Chicago, where I worked for a city/county health initiative promoting community health, worked with the YMCA Metro Chicago, where I oversaw strategic planning, and then worked in patient and orthopedic advocacy for a specialty medical association. I have spent time in Washington, D.C.

All of our communities have fresh, potable water, and our lakes and rivers aren’t polluted. Everyone is safely and comfortably housed. We know a better world is possible.
