According to a 2020 report from the National Women’s Law Center, in terms of lifetime income over a 40-year career, that gap costs the average Latina over $1.163 million. Our children and their families suffer the impact of generational trauma just as much as their beneficiaries do. Over 80 percent of staff identify as Latinx.
