In fact, because you are a nonprofit you have to adhere to a separate set of rules and laws governing fundraising, operations and finances. Recently, I attended a seminar put on by students involved with the Entrepreneurship Clinic from the local law college. Note that many of these laws are specific to our local jurisdiction.

Community Reinvestment Strengths and Shortfalls NCRC was formed in 1990 to defend the 1977 Community Reinvestment Act , a law created to undo the structural racism embedded in redlining. The rule refers to Section 1071 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act, the law which created the CFPB in 2010.

This vision is reflected in how we conduct our entrepreneurship trainings. Nationwide, Latinas are typically paid just 55 cents for every dollar paid to White men.
