We derive these findings from a report we collaborated on, recently published by the National Resources Defense Council, that explored these issues. This grant came out of a program supported by federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars. Local funds were distributed through DHCD’s Community Coalition Grant Pilot Program.
