I became the volunteer manager at a non-profit, FACETS , that works with people struggling with homelessness and poverty. FACETS staff had shared their frustration about having work interruptions when they needed to get supplies from the shared food pantry. Now FACETS has a “Pony Express” shuttle service!

For example, a food pantry might come up with sticky-note drafts such as: We provide emergency food boxes to people in need. We help seniors have access to fresh food.
