The report, Connect to Build: Frontline Organization and Federal Infrastructure Funding Opportunities , profiled community groups in many parts of the country, including Memphis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area. This grant came out of a program supported by federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) dollars.
