At the Mozilla Foundation , where I work as COO, there is some truth in this. After all, many foundation staff worked remotely even before the COVID pandemic. As the foundation’s staff has expanded to about 100 people, we have struggled, like many others, to balance work and wellness. And we do continue to grow.
